What we do

  • Digital and job skills training, with certificates where employers ask for them.
  • Help with résumés, applications and interview practice.
  • A mentor, and introductions to employers.
  • Classes on managing money and starting a small business.

Why we do it

Steady work lets people provide for their families and share with others. Scripture treats ordinary work as service to the Lord.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”

Colossians 3:23ESV

How we do it

  1. Assessment

Look at your skills, experience and goals, and choose a direction.

  2. Training

Build digital and job skills, and earn certificates where they help.

  3. Job search

Write your résumé, practice interviews and apply, with a mentor alongside.

  4. After you are hired

Check-ins during the first months, when keeping a job is hardest.
